Type-8 - Heavy Duty Screed Flooring
	Polyurethane’s in this category offer the highest level of durability available to date. They are generally laid between 6 and 9 mm but exceptionally up to 12mm; having a lifespan of 10 or more years in the toughest environments.

This product is ideally suited for the stringent hygienic demands of the food environment, being totally impervious and of the highest order of chemical resistance, is able to withstand the vigorous cleaning regime required by the food industry. This product also tolerates steam cleaning when applied at a thickness greater than 9mm.

Research has shown that this system impedes bacterial growth allowing no traces of absorption within the product.

Tests for taint and volatile components found no contamination and the products were judged impervious, non porous, washable and non toxic.

• Anti Static Flooring

  For sites where a build up of static electricity could cause a risk of explosion or damage to sensitive electronics, a range of anti static systems can be laid. Incorporating conductive components within the basic formulation, these systems perform in line with BS20505 requirements.

• Coving

  Producing a smooth transition from floor to wall, the installation of coved skirting facilities the ease of cleaning and reduces dirt traps. Coving products are compatible with the entire range of flooring systems.

• Expansion Joints

  In order to align with base concrete slab movement joints, for the perimeter of stainless steel drainage systems and for the aesthetic day joints on large projects.

• Wall and Specialist Coatings

  Solvent free vertical coatings are available in epoxies and polyurethanes, designed to cover an extensive range of wall, coving and similar areas.
